Oshie is a realtime language-learning companion. Use this page for help with accounts, subscriptions, realtime voice sessions, diagnostics, and privacy controls.
Common Help
- If voice connection fails, check microphone permission, network connectivity, and whether your account session is still signed in.
- If a subscription or restore does not appear immediately, reopen Oshie and use the restore purchase control from the app.
- If Oshie asks you to sign in again, complete Sign in with Apple so the broker can mint a fresh app session.
- For realtime issues, export the diagnostics report from Oshie before restarting the app.
Privacy And Memory
Oshie includes controls for memory pause, memory reset, data export, and account deletion requests. The privacy policy is available at /privacy, and the terms are available at /terms.
