Accounts

Oshie uses Sign in with Apple for account access. Keep your Apple account secure. You are responsible for activity on your Oshie account.

Learning And AI Output

Oshie provides language practice, explanations, transcripts, memory, and coaching with automated systems. AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or awkward. Use Oshie as practice support, not as professional advice.

Do not rely on Oshie for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety-critical, professional, or emergency advice.

Voice Conversations

Voice sessions send audio, transcripts, conversation state, and selected learning context to Oshie's service providers so the app can transcribe speech, generate responses, and play assistant audio. Use Oshie only where you have permission to speak and record.

AI Providers And Eligibility

Oshie relies on third-party AI providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini. You may use Oshie only where your use is allowed by applicable law, Apple rules, and the relevant provider terms.

Do not use Oshie to bypass provider safety systems, generate prohibited content, extract models, automate abuse, or submit information you are not allowed to share.

Subscriptions And Restore Purchases

Paid plans are purchased through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing settings. Oshie uses App Store transaction data to activate and restore paid access for the matching Oshie account.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Apple Subscriptions. Restore Purchases checks App Store entitlements for the current Oshie account. If you delete an Oshie account, that does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Introductory, launch, or welcome pricing may be time-limited, account-specific, region-specific, and subject to App Store availability.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, attack, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Oshie's app or broker service.
• Do not use Oshie to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not try to bypass quotas, subscriptions, authentication, region routing, or security controls.
• Do not submit private information about other people without permission.

Availability

Oshie may change, pause, or discontinue features. Realtime voice and AI features can fail because of network, device, provider, quota, account, or App Store issues.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of Oshie account data from inside the app. Deletion removes app-managed profile, conversation, and memory data, subject to records retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, support, or legal reasons. Deleted data may not be restorable.

Oshie's privacy policy explains the data used to operate accounts, voice conversations, subscriptions, diagnostics, memory controls, analytics, and support. The policy is available at /privacy.
